This normally goes to a fancied runner but no clear favourite has won in the last 10 renewals. REPLY is the top-rated by virtue of his close third to Power in the Irish 2000 Guineas. Last year's Weatherby's Sprint winner at Doncaster is ideally suited by a straight 7f and just didn't last home at the Curragh so this should prove ideal and he'll be difficult to beat. Stablemate Ishvana appeared to run above herself in the Irish 1000 Guineas but another filly, Sentaril, is certain to attract major support after facile victories at Newbury and Doncaster and though taking a marked step-up in grade she's very highly regarded and obviously useful. Producer has won four races - all at Epsom - and this is a very different track but he's still improving and comfortably beat Justineo earlier this month. Valbchek looked as though another furlong was required when battling to victory over today's rival and subsequent winner Swiss Spirit over 6f at Newmarket while Greenham Stakes runner-up Boomerang Bob ran well against older horses at York last time and can make his presence felt.
