    Verdict

DAR RE MI disappointed in the Musidora but is better than that and now stepped up to a mile and a half; stablemate Michita and Cape Amber look the main dangers. The selection was one of those left in the wake of Lush Lashes at York, having previously romped home at Sandown. That run had bumped her up the Oaks market but she didn't make it to Epsom and this must have been a target. Stablemate Michita did make it to Epsom and could only manage a finish midfield, whilst Cape Amber finished sixth in the Oaks and is another who is closely linked with several of those likely to be prominent in the betting. It should be remembered that Epsom may not have suited these runners and better can be expected today. Changing Skies is still a maiden, and on a form line though Sail at Chester has a bit to prove, whilst Icon Project and Hobby both have a bit to find at these weights, but the former is certainly unexposed. At a price Sovereign's Honour could improve to pay back some of her expensive purchase price, however it is Dar Re Mi who can hit the high notes.
