MAY SONIC makes more appeal despite a 9lb hike for winning at Kempton as he was eased down in the closing stages and still returned a wide-margin winner. Kimifive can figure with a repeat of last month’s second in the Stewards’ Cup at Goodwood but Windsor winner Indian Creak is upped in class and Equiano Springs is preferred on a second over track and trip with Equitation well behind. Spanish City finished a decent third in the Wokingham here when last competing over 6f and has a shout on that form.
