In depth

Verdict

Tempus is best watched after a poor run at Doncaster and he’s also held by Earl Of Sefton third Raadobarg on the form book. Chindit won the Group 2 Summer Mile here last July, though that was on the Round Course. Richard Hannon also runs Lusail, who was a smart three-year-old last season and finished second in the St James’s Palace here last June. He finished a short-head in front of MY PROSPERO that day but William Haggas’ colt improved on that when placed in the Champion Stakes here in the autumn and he’ll enjoy any give in the ground. The lightly-raced Cash could pick up a nice prize this year.
