      Action Point justified favouritism on debut at Kempton but three of the four who finished directly behind have been beaten since. Maximum Impact won by 12 lengths at Leicester but the heavy going clearly took its toll on his rivals that day. BALAGH represents last year’s winning stable and he cost 120,000gns as a yearling. Related to the top-class Librisa Breeze, he looks a better bet than fellow newcomers The Line and Harts Pocketrocket.
