Hat-trick seeker Good Man Vinnie is by the same sire as last year’s winner and has got his act together while No Duffer has been running well in decent company, finishing ahead of the disappointing Upswing at Doncaster in February. BALLYBOKER BREEZE has been hard to train but was well backed on his return from yet another setback at Southwell last month and only found one too good. There is a useful staying chaser to be exploited if Nicky Richards can keep him sound. Petrou has to be worth noting with his yard in excellent form but he does have trouble getting his head in front.
