Verdict

First Street brings top-class handicap form to the table and should make his presence felt back in novice company. Aucunrisque has done nothing but improve and won a Grade 2 at Kempton last time but JONBON has already won twice at that level and should pick up the winning thread again having failed to match the finishing speed of stable companion Constitution Hill in the Supreme Novices’. There is nothing of the winner’s calibre in this. Suprise Package was behind First Street in the County Hurdle and is worse off at the weights and A Different Kind’s winning run was brought to an end at Cheltenham in January. Vina Ardanza, just beaten in a Naas Grade 3 latest, will also need to up his game to feature.
