Inconsistent AFC Wimbledon were able to celebrate their first back-to-back wins of 2015 after a 3-1 triumph at York.
Goals from strikers Ade Azeez, Lyle Taylor and Tom Elliott saw the Dons build on Tuesday's 4-3 victory at Accrington, with Vadaine Oliver's equaliser for the hosts just past the hour proving a mere consolation.
Wimbledon saw early chances for Jon Meads and Paul Robinson go begging before Azeez opened the scoring on 15 minutes.
He raced on to Taylor's ball through the left channel and, after home goalkeeper Scott Flinders had saved Azeez's initial effort, the ball rebounded over the line off the Dons striker.
York got back on level terms on 61 minutes when Oliver's 12-yard overhead kick found the top-right corner of Ben Wilson's open goal after the Dons keeper had dropped Femi Ilesanmi's left-wing cross.
But Neal Ardley's men were back ahead four minutes later after Taylor ran on to a Barry Fuller throw-in and prodded the ball past Flinders from eight yards, and Elliott's diving header at the near post from George Francomb's right-wing cross secured victory.
The pressure is now mounting on York manager Russ Wilcox, whose team have not won in nine league games.
