It provoked a decent Rotherham response with Jonson Clarke-Harris' header forcing a diving stop from David Button.

Rotherham levelled the scores in the 49th minute with Joe Powell's low cross being turned in at the near post by Nombe.
The second goal arrived just seven minutes later when a cross was hung high into the box from Joe Rafferty and nodded in on the goal-line by Odoffin.
Nombe was inches away from his second with a curling effort which had to be touched wide by Button.
Reading's second half went from bad to worse when Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan was given a second yellow card for crashing into Rafferty.
