Poland take on Portugal in the first quarter-final of Euro 2016 in Marseille, on Thursday.
Both sides have star attractions in Robert Lewandowski and Cristiano Ronaldo but others have played their part too, so do not be surprised if a hero comes from elsewhere.
Here, we look at three players who could help make the difference in the clash at the Stade Velodrome...
Jakub Blaszczykowski
The winger, known to fans as Kuba, has been crucial to Poland's progression through to the last eight of the European Championships.
A winning goal in the final group game against Ukraine to ensure second place followed by scoring his side's goal in the 1-1 last-16 tie against Switzerland, which Poland won 5-4 on penalties, has shown how much the national side rely on Blaszczykowski's influence.
Poland are unbeaten in the eighteen games in which Blaszczykowski has scored, reflecting the belief that they can be a match for anyone with him in the side.
Despite an indifferent season on loan at Fiorentina from Borussia Dortmund, where he played just 15 times and scored twice in Serie A, the Portugal full-backs will have to be at their best to nullify Blaszczykowski's influence on Adam Nawalka's side.
Nani
A stalwart of the Portugal national side over the last decade with 100 international caps, Nani has been one of the few impressive features of Fernando Santos' side who have somewhat stumbled into the quarter finals after a third-place finish in Group F.
A familiar face to football fans across Europe from his time at Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United and Fenerbahce, Nani has delivered when needed at Euro 2016 with goals against Iceland and Hungary in the group stage.
The 29-year-old is known for being able to create something out of nothing, even if not hugely consistent. Poland's defensive unit will have to pay particular attention to Nani's relationship with Ronaldo, with the pair's link-up play a highlight of Portugal's tournament so far.
Lukasz Fabianski
The Swansea goalkeeper has been a rock behind Poland's solid defence during the tournament, with two clean sheets in his three Euro 2016 matches so far.
Continuing on from his good season at Swansea, Fabianski kept out Germany and Ukraine as Poland finished second in Group C. He followed this by making a string of fantastic saves to limit Switzerland to a single goal as Poland won their last-16 tie, only being beaten by an acrobatic Xherdan Shaqiri strike.
Fabianski will have to be at his best to keep out a Portugal attack featuring Ronaldo, Nani and Ricardo Quaresma, but if his performances so far are anything to go by then Portugal will be in for a very tough battle as the two sides fight for a place in the last four.
