Rangers have been handed a home tie against Motherwell in the Scottish Cup fourth round while Celtic will travel to face Albion Rovers.
Mark Warburton's side host Well in one of only two all-Premiership ties, as Kilmarnock also take on Hamilton, with Celtic, fresh from their Betfred Cup triumph at Hampden pitted against League One opposition after Albion overcame Queen of the South 2-1 in their third round tie.
Both Celtic and Rangers matches will be shown live on Sky Sports with the former tackling Albion Rovers on Sunday January 22 at 3.00pm while Rangers will host Motherwell on Saturday, January 21 with a 12.30pm kick-off.
The Ibrox side met Motherwell in the group stages of the League Cup at the start of the season with Rangers winning 2-0.
Holders Hibernian have been handed an away tie at junior side Bonnyrigg Rose, who shocked Championship outfit Dumbarton with a 1-0 win in round three, while Aberdeen host Stranraer.
Ross County have been handed a potentially tricky tie against Dundee United, who are riding high in the Championship, while Ian Cathro's Hearts also face a tough trip, over the Forth Road Bridge to Raith Rovers.
St Johnstone welcome Stenhousemuir to McDiarmid Park, while Dundee will play St Mirren, who made short work of Spartans in a 5-1 win.
Inverness face the relatively short journey along the A96 to play Elgin City, while fellow Premiership side Partick Thistle will entertain Highland League outfit Formartine United, who saw off League Two Annan Athletic 4-0.
