Swansea have made a £9m bid for Ajax winger Amin Younes, according to Sky in Italy.
Younes joined Ajax from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2015 and boasts an impressive tally of 12 goals and 19 assists from 65 appearances in the Eredivisie.
The 24-year-old has not played for Ajax since November due to a knee problem but his future in Amsterdam has been the subject of speculation with his contract due to expire in the summer.
Younes is a Germany international, with the last of his five international appearances coming in a 5-1 win over Azerbaijan in Kaiserslautern.
Struggling Swansea are bottom of the Premier League and face a difficult task at home to Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool on Monday Night Football, live on Sky Sports Premier League.
