Roberto Martinez believes Everton will finish the season with a bang following Saturday's win over Bournemouth.

The Toffees beat Bournemouth 2-0 to reach the quarter-finals of the FA Cup with their fourth win in five games.

Martinez, who has come under pressure from some fans, now feels his side are beginning to find their form and hopes they can improve at home where they have won just four times this season.

"Another clean sheet keeps the consistency from our last four performances," said Martinez, whose side are 11th in the Premier League, but just six points adrift of fifth-placed Manchester United.

"We look a really strong team now going into the final part of the season and I am really proud of going into the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

Roberto Martinez described Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles' performance against Bournemouth as 'magnificent'

"We will take it step by step. It was important that we showed we can adapt to this game and now we want to get a really good period in the league.

"The only thing that has been missing has been wins at home and we are looking to change that."
