Which are the most credible Arsenal transfer rumours right now?

Sky Sports has teamed up with Football Whispers to bring you the hottest transfer talk of the moment, as Arsene Wenger looks to improve his squad ahead of the upcoming Premier League season.

Football Whispers have developed a unique algorithm to take all of the transfer rumours from across the globe and calculate the likelihood of them happening.

They track transfer stories and give them a score out of 5.0, with the hottest Whispers closest to 5.0.

The top three are:

1. Alexandre Lacazette (Lyon) - 4.4

After scoring 21 goals in Ligue 1 last season, Alexandre Lacazette has attracted the attention of Wenger and a move for the striker has jumped from 3.8 to 4.1 in the past 24 hours.

West Ham are still interested in signing Lacazette, according to Sky sources, but they have not made an improved bid to match his reported price tag of 52m euros (£43.5m). Will Wenger make a move?

2. Romelu Lukaku - 4.4

He looks set to leave Everton this summer, but Romelu Lukaku's destination is still up in the air. Arsenal, however, are still looking for a new striker after being rebuffed in their attempts to sign Jamie Vardy.

The Belgium international netted twice at Euro 2016, but struggled on Friday night as they crashed out to Wales at the quarter-final stage. Will that count against the 23-year-old in a potential move to the Emirates?

3. Alvaro Morata - 4.1

Several British newspapers have linked the Spanish forward with a move to the Emirates after Real Madrid triggered a buy-back clause earlier this summer from Juventus.
