Martin Tyler insists the greatest game he has ever worked on was Liverpool's 4-3 victory over Newcastle in April 1996.
Sky Sports' Voice of Football has been commentating for 40 years and was in the box for the Anfield classic when Kevin Keegan's title-chasing team were sunk by a last-gasp Stan Collymore winner.
And he says he's never experienced anything like it.
He told Sky Sports: "I am often asked about the greatest game I’ve ever commentated and the 1996 version of Liverpool 4-3 Newcastle is the answer I always give.
"And I’m looking forward to commentating on Monday night’s game for the Premier League, which can be heard if you’re not viewing in the UK.
"Fixtures between Liverpool and Newcastle have produced the third most goals in Premier League history. There have been 130 goals in the 41 meetings between them so far.
"We need to see four goals on Monday night to match the record of 134 in games between Liverpool and Tottenham. However, it's worth bearing in mind that fixture has been played on five more occasions (46 times).
"That's because Newcastle have spent two seasons outside the Premier League."
