West Brom have made a third increased bid for Leicester City's Jeffrey Schlupp, Sky sources understand.

Leicester have already turned down a £9m offer from the West Midlands club, but the Baggies have significantly upped their offer in the hope of prising the 23-year-old away.

Schlupp, who joined the Foxes 11 years ago, has been told by manager Claudio Ranieri he may need to leave the club in order to play regular first-team football.

Sky sources understand Schlupp has been removed from Leicester's squad for their Premier League opener against Hull City on Saturday as a result of the third offer.
