Midfielder also agrees termination to Cheltenham contract
Cheltenham Town midfielder Scott Brown has secured a loan move to Port Vale after impressing on trial.
Brown has spent the week training with Vale and featured for the reserves against Nottingham Forest.
He agreed a loan move to the League Two club on Friday and scored on his debut 24 hours later in a 4-2 defeat at Wycombe Wanderers.
Vale boss Dean Glover told the Sentinel: "We've got Scott until January 2 and we've got him now for the next six weeks.
"He can now get eight or nine games under his belt, if he performs to his potential.
"It's a good acquisition for us because he's played at Championship level and League One."
In addition to joining Vale, Brown has agreed a termination to his Cheltenham contract and will become a free agent in January.
