Middlesbrough goalkeeper Joe Fryer has joined Stevenage on a season-long loan deal.
The Chester-le-Street-born 21-year-old is a graduate of Boro's renowned Academy and has represented the club at under-18 and under-23 levels.
He made 14 appearances on loan at League Two Hartlepool last season.
