Kris Commons has not been included in Celtic's squad for the Champions League play-off fixtures with Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
Brendan Rodgers had named the 32-year-old on the list against Lincoln Red Imps and Astana in previous qualifying rounds but he is yet to play this season.
Full-back Darnell Fisher has also been excluded while Jozo Simunovic, a £4.5m signing on transfer deadline day last summer, does not appear on UEFA's official squad list.
The Croatia U21 captain has made just 17 appearances after struggling in his first campaign through injury.
On-loan Manchester City forward Patrick Roberts has been included despite picking up a hamstring injury in the second leg against Astana at Celtic Park, while new signing Scott Sinclair and defender Dedryck Boyata have been added to the squad.
There is also a place for Efe Ambrose who was not named in the Celtic squad for the 2-1 win over Astana.
Defenders Eoghan O'Connell and Kieran Tierney, who came through the youth ranks at the club, have been named on List B, which is reserved for young players.
There is an additional space in Celtic's List A should new boss Rodgers make another signing before the first leg of the tie on August 17, with the club having the option of adding a "wildcard" between now and the day before the game in Glasgow.
