The final 100 per cent record in the Primera Liga came to an end on Monday as Real Betis lost 1-0 to Getafe.
Betis remain top of the Spanish top flight, but will be disappointed to have come unstuck against lowly opposition.
Getafe started the game in 19th place, with only one point taken from their opening four games of the season.
New coach Luis Garcia was able to secure his first victory, though, as Diego Castro netted the only goal of the game on 31 minutes.

He made no mistake when presented with an opportunity to break the deadlock, firing high into the roof of the net.
Betis did their best to force an equaliser, raising their game considerably after the interval.
They were, however, to find Getafe keeper Miguel Angel Moya in inspired form and he helped to protect the hosts' narrow lead.
Betis were eventually forced to concede defeat but they remain on 12 points, one ahead of Barcelona, Levante and Sevilla.
