Chester easily beat 10-man Notts County thanks to goals from Ryan Lowe and Kevin Roberts.
Lowe and Roberts seal win over County who have Forrester sent-off
Kevin Roberts' second-half strike secured all three points for Chester as they eased to a 2-0 victory over 10-man Notts County.
Roberts drilled home the loose ball from the edge of the area in the 48th minute to all-but seal the points for the hosts, who dominated throughout.
Chester never really looked troubled after taking the lead in the 11th minute thanks to Ryan Lowe, who knocked the ball in from close range after a good cross from Kevin Ellison.
County's day was made worse on the stroke of full-time when Jamie Forrester was given his marching orders for dissent.
In truth the scoreline could have been even wider with Ellison guilty of missing a few chances and Russell Hoult on top form in the County goal.
County were restricted to long-range shots throughout with Mitchell Hanson and Jay Smith sending shots wide of the mark.
