Chesterfield moved off the bottom of the League Two table with a battling point at Cheltenham.
Jack Lester's side led for five second-half minutes after Kristian Dennis' 17th goal of the campaign but Robins substitute Brian Graham levelled with his first touch after 79 minutes to earn a 1-1 draw.
Chesterfield's first chance came after 32 minutes when a poor headed clearance from centre-half Jamie Grimes looped straight into the air and fell to Dennis. The striker only had Flinders to beat, but he miskicked his effort from inside the penalty area.
Aaron Ramsdale made an excellent save to keep out Mohamed Eisa in the 36th minute, with Jake Andrews' follow-up effort from close range going just wide.
Andy Kellett saw a low shot roll past the far post just before half-time before Dennis capitalised on hesitation in Cheltenham's defence from a Kellett cross for the striker to tap in and make the breakthrough.
However, Graham netted 11 minutes from time with a close-range effort following a cross from Joe Morrell.
