Bury 2-2 Wigan: Late comeback secures point for Latics
Saturday 10 October 2015 20:14, UK
Wigan staged a late fightback to claim a 2-2 draw at 10-man Bury, preventing their local rivals from going joint top of Sky Bet League 1.
Nathan Cameron headed Bury into a sixth-minute lead before Tom Pope doubled the hosts' advantage on the hour mark.
But Bury left-back Chris Hussey was sent off after receiving a second yellow card in the 78th minute and Wigan pulled one back seven minutes later through a Cameron own goal.
Craig Morgan then fired home in the last minute to stretch the Latics' unbeaten run to six matches.
Bury were ahead after only six minutes when skipper Cameron headed home from Hussey's corner.

Hussey was then given his first booking for a foul on 43 minutes, before the Shakers went into the break 1-0 up.
Bury brought on Pope and Reece Brown just after the interval and the substitutions worked wonders as the latter's cross was headed home by the former.
Hussey was then dismissed and Wigan took advantage when pressure from Grant Holt forced Cameron to head the ball into his own net.
The Latics comeback was then complete when Morgan smashed the ball past Rob Lainton from distance to deny Bury a seventh straight league win.
