Walsall claim first away victory of season at Bristol Rovers
Michael Ricketts' double and a Stephen Roberts strike gave Walsall their first away win of the season with a 3-1 defeat of Bristol Rovers.
The Saddlers all but had the game wrapped up by the break as first Ricketts turned home from close range following a Marco Reich corner.
Then another Reich corner was met by a brilliant header from Roberts 13 minutes later.
Steve Elliott did pull one back with a stunning volley from Stuart Campbell's corner with 15 minutes left, but Ricketts' second wrapped up the points when Byron Anthony brought down Troy Deeney in injury-time and the striker scored from the spot.
Anthony's woes were compounded when he was sent off.
