Accrington survived a late red card for goalkeeper Ross Etheridge to draw 0-0 at AFC Wimbledon.
The visiting shot-stopper was sent off for handball in the 87th minute as Lyle Taylor tried to lob him but the resulting free-kick came to nothing.
In a poor first half, the best chance fell to Taylor as he fashioned a sight of goal from a hopeful punt forward but his shot was comfortably saved by Etheridge.
The Dons gave away free-kicks regularly and were almost made to pay for it when Jon Meades conceded a foul on the edge of the box after 26 minutes.
Billy Kee smashed a cross-shot across the face of goal but the ball whistled just past the post.
The stand-out performance was, disappointingly, referee Trevor Kettle, who denied Kee an injury-time goal with the half-time whistle despite Accrington having possession inside the Dons' penalty area.
Connor Smith crashed a first-time volley against a post with Etheridge well beaten with 10 minutes to play before the Stanley stopper saw red late on.
