A tricky handicap may go to Favour, with the likes of Up Tempo, Efidium, Alafzar and No Grouse all major players as well. Many line up with chances on their best form here, but Lynda Ramsden's Favour should be all the better for her seasonal reappearance at Doncaster eight days ago and can go close. The daughter of Gothenburg is a very nervous filly who has not ate well in the past but that has not stopped her from notching up two career wins, and it may well have been more had she been a bit stronger. There was nothing wrong with her second to Mis Chicaf on Town Moor though, as she was a bit unlucky in running, and she can race off a fair mark here. With Darryll Holland booked to ride, she can make amends. Up Tempo was in great form earlier on in the season but might just be feeling the wrath of the handicapper, while Efidium has a tendency to find one or two too good. Alafzar failed to quicken behind A Woman In Love at Brighton but had earlier picked up a couple of wins on the Polytrack at Lingfield. His last visit here was disappointing though and he cannot be backed with too much confidence. It should still be a closely-run event though, with Favour under Darryll Holland a tentative selection.
