Market confidence behind any of these will provide the best clues but as All right My Son has shaped with plenty of promise in both his outings to date, he is selected over Steadfast McStaunch and Dahteer, who make the most appeal out of those with previous experience. However, Ransaker is bred to make an impact at this sort of distance and is another to keep tabs on when the betting opens. While Silver Wraith also caught the eye in staying on late on his debut and he should be a lot wiser this time around. That said, he has not come up against the sort of opposition encountered by All right My Son and may also find the selection too tough to get past today. The Richard Hannon-trained colt was unlucky enough to come up against Blue Dakota when he was last seen out and has to be seriously considered here. The step up to six furlongs should not really be a problem for him and he will be very hard to master if he delivers on the promise shown on his Windsor start. Steadfast McStaunch has also given plenty of encouraging signs in his starts and could be good value for the forecast with Liam Keniry taking a handy 3lb off with his claim.
