        Verdict

        An import from France, ORBAAN put a moderate debut effort for David O’Meara behind him when scoring over track and trip last time with Tadleel back in third. Another bold bid is expected raised only 4lb. Irv won this last year off a 7lb lower mark with Just Hiss four lengths behind and ran well at Thirsk on his first outing after wind surgery and is preferred to Greenside, who scored over 7f at Haydock recently. Hartswood attempts a mile for the first time having finished third here on his handicap debut and can figure while Elwazir drops down in trip in the hope of a return to form. Al Erayg and Silent Attack have proved best on the all-weather so far
