Rain might be a worry to the ultra-progressive KING OF EDEN however his profile makes him hard to desert; Tyfos joins Brierty and Floor Show on the list of dangers. Eric Alston's progressive sprinter is now 27lbs higher in the handicap than when he started his winning spree at Newcastle in April. However he was well in command at Haydock last time out and has really clicked with jockey David Allan so another win might be on the cards. Tyfos has a 6lb pull in the weights with him and is respected as he looks to claw back one and a half lengths, Turnkey is well-handicapped but not in scintillating form, so of more interest may be Floor Show with Paul Hanagan booked and a sliding handicap mark in his favour. The drop back in trip could suit La Zamora, Lucy Brown clicked with Phillip Makin at Newcastle two runs back, whilst Mandalay King won this race last year from a high draw and he has form on a variety of ground. Sea Rover needs a market check, however along with the consistent duo of Green Park and Brierty he is taken on with the selection King Of Eden.
