Rohaani gets the call over Courageous Duke, with Able Baker Charlie and Ofaraby helping to make this a wide-open start to proceedings. Rohaani is just the sort of improving three-year-old that Sir Michael Stoute excels with, and lines up unbeaten in three outings this term. The son of High Yield battled his heart out to beat Top Dirham at Thirsk last time, and off a mark of 95 he can beat this mainly older opposition. Courageous Duke came from the back to score at Haydock 11 days ago and has hit form at the right time, so he will be a danger to all as well. Able Baker Charlie likes to do it from the front, and those tactics should stand him in good stead here as they did at Newbury, while Ofaraby, just touched off on softer ground at Newbury, has course and distance form to his name and is another to consider. In a competitive affair, it is Rohaani who can come out on top.
