Kevin Ryan has several fancied runners on today’s card and Company Asset won by six lengths the last time he ran in handicap company. He’s only 3lb higher here and a return to his best form would see him in the firing-line. Ayutthaya also has a chance and though Enigmatic has only raced beyond a mile twice before he’s made such progress in recent weeks that he’s worth another try over this trip as he stayed on strongly to score at Goodwood last month. Kyllachy Gala seems best on Polytrack nowadays while a shorter trip and step up in grade may be too much for Multellie but The Emperor Within was going well prior to finding Listed company too hot at Sandown and Epaulement won at Redcar after a break, though has been raised 8lb. Daawy has gone up 11lb in the course of completing a hat-trick and would have preferred softer going while Frontispiece has been looking a little one-paced. MASTER CARPENTER has only gone up 3lb for winning at Goodwood and won off a 7lb higher mark over this course and distance last year so gets a tentative vote in a wide-open finale.
