Even Keel has won two of his last three, including his latest over this trip at Newmarket, but an 8lb rise may be overestimating his abilities. I Am A Dreamer won twice here on quick ground earlier in the year. He wasn’t disgraced over a mile at Kempton last time but DIVINITY ran in the May Hill and was hampered in a hot nursery at Newmarket next time so could be more interesting dropped a couple of pounds. Balance Of Power has each-way claims along with the Fahey pair Archies Lad and Sootability but Lola's Theme, second at Pontefract after winning at Haydock, looks better handicapped.
