Royal Alchemist belied her 40-1 starting price when chasing home Penkenna Princess at Newbury and as that was on good to soft ground should handle the surface. She should go well although Penkenna Princess did not advertise the form in the Guineas. Sir Michael Stoute¿s Peeress had a successful season last year and makes her seasonal re-appearance here. She was unlucky in running when getting beaten at Ling field on her final start and her trainer has a fine record at the track and she must be respected. The selection though is Aldora, who beat the Musidora winner Secret History by two lengths at Goodwood. That looks rock solid form and she can concede weight all round here.
