Not too much form to go on here and Soldier's Tale could be the one land this event, with New Order and Olivander put forward as the main rivals. Jeremy Noseda's colt ran a race full of promise when runner up in a Newmarket maiden last month. The winner, Fun To Ride, ran with credit off top-weight in a Chester handicap last week so the form looks rock solid. New Order is from the same stable as Fun To Ride so strictly speaking they should know how they stand with the selection. She is very well bred by Singspiel out of a Kris mare and if the market favours her take note. Olivander has the best form from last season, including a superb second here behind Blue Tomato, however he is well exposed compared to Soldier's Tale who is our confident choice.
