Verdict

ABOVE ALL failed to land the odds at Newmarket two weeks ago but didn't do a lot wrong and deserves a change of luck. Providing he handles the extra quarter-mile, William Haggas' son of Nayef is fancied to open his account today. Dressing Room is another consistent sort but has now had eight starts without getting his head in front and had the run of the race when second at Bath latest. Corsicanrun spoiled his chance at Beverley by pulling too hard but is open to improvement, while there is probably also more to come from Matilda's Waltz following her second at Pontefract. El Torbellino was fourth over C&D last month and can't be ignored but Dragonera looks to have a bit to find on these terms.
