Today's quicker ground may help but Perfect Godess has looked ready for a step-up in trip on both starts to date and another furlong would help. CUSTOM CUT looks an interesting newcomer as he's out of a mare who won over 7f as a juvenile and is from a high-class family. He could be good enough to make a winning start though the filly Self Preservation is related to a host of winners in the USA and is one to keep an eye on.
