Having already run five times, Silvestris may lack a bit of scope and he ran poorly on soft going on his debut. He was also behind the running-on ECHO BEACH at Chester last time and Hugo Palmer’s colt had only been beaten a length by an odds-on favourite on soft ground at Haydock earlier. Jakacan was second to a subsequent winner at Thirsk and there was plenty of promise in Orgetorix’ third at Newbury so he looks a bigger danger than Beverley third Celtic Empress and Arthur's Realm.
