Adoration bounced back to winning ways at Epsom last week and has claims on that evidence but, along with Willie Musson's Krugerrand, faces no easy task from an outside draw and preference is for Miss Polaris who gets the vote over Wahoo Sam. The last mentioned made a winning start for Kevin Ryan when landing a Ripon handicap at the end of August and is surely better than he showed at Hamilton subsequently. Like stablemate Krugerrand, Bolodenka has been done few favours with the draw and of more interest may be Giocoso who has the assistance of the in-form Kevin Darley in the saddle. Topatoo and Bailieborough are others with solid claims on form but have tough draws to overcome, while Sea Storm who is well berthed is difficult to recommend on recent evidence. Goodbye Mr Bond and Riley Boys have claims on the pick of their form but a safer bet looks to be Miss Polaris, who is holding her form well and has a handy draw in stall seven.
