      Verdict

Several with claims in this including Lonely Boy and Mohogany, who both ran well over 6f last time. Beryl The Petal was placed yet again when third over today’s trip at Newmarket while Elysian Lady and Swerved look likely improvers but CURFEWED is preferred. He posted a much better effort when placed over 7f at Epsom recently and Mick Channon’s colt looks set to make a bold bid with any further progress. Weld Aldar makes more appeal than Red Armour of the newcomers.
