Verdict
All four make their handicap debuts. Bungledupinblue had been threatening at novice level before struggling in the Super Sprint at Newbury but steps up in trip today and LINE OF DEPARTURE looks a safer bet. The latter was beaten only a neck over 6f in a novices' race at Newbury last time and that’s the strongest form on offer. Beverage was expected to do better at Leicester having run well on the Turf at Lingfield before that while Bobby On The Beat failed to see out the 7f at Ascot recently having placed over today’s trip at Newmarket earlier.
