Spirit Of The Law should finish closer with an apprentice's 7lb claim in his favour and Lady Macduff may improve for a yard rattling up the winners. Jewelled has been threatening to end her long losing run with placed efforts on the Polytrack and beat Thecornishcowboy when third at Kempton earlier this year. The latter has since won over 1m4f and is not easily dismissed off a lower mark today but Tenure has something to prove having failed to land the odds in lesser company at Lingfield last time. PATRIOTIC has done most of his winning on the all-weather but finished a respectable third in a tougher race than this at Doncaster recently. A repeat effort should see Chris Dwyer's charge back in the winners' enclosure.
