In depth

Verdict

Frankly Darling is by Frankel, who sired last year’s winner, and from a nice family. There is plenty of stamina in her pedigree and it will be a surprise if she’s not ready to roll. Float is also bred to stay and is worth a market check but Cabaletta will surely do better next season over 1m4f and further given she is from a family of stayers. TOO BIG TO FAIL was keeping on in testing conditions at Nottingham earlier this month but not subjected to a hard race. She will have benefited greatly from the experience and can take this with My Poem probably needing to take a further step forward from her two runs to date.
