FAME AND ACCLAIM made a very encouraging debut over the course and distance on heavy going last month and will take some beating with normal progress. Dark Pine did a bit better when tackling soft ground at Galway while Flying Scotsman is certain to improve markedly for his run over a mile at Navan. The latter's yard also run the newcomers Keats, who is closely related to five winners, and Tiger Moth, a full-brother to two winners and half-brother to another. Jim Bolger's horses are in top form so Ten Year Ticket, by Rock Of Gibraltar out of a mare who has produced winners with her first four offspring to race, is one to keep an eye on as is Ger Lyons' Oasis Dream colt Lough Cutra.
