RULE OF NATURE is expected to be sharper after her blast around Warwick last month and the Oasis Dream filly is the preferred selection ahead of High Comedy and Derghaam. There ought to be more to come from Derghaam, who showed plenty of promise on debut at York but was a bitter disappointment at Newmarket last month. One run doesn¿t make a bad horse and the son of Exceed and Excel could easily bounce back here. High Comedy was a drifter in the market on debut but showed a bit of promise when picking up late in the day. He is sure to be wiser for the experience and, given Godolphin's burgeoning strike-rate this season; this fellow would be dangerous to leave out of the equation. However, Rule Of Nature just got tired in the closing stages behind a pretty smart type on her introduction three weeks ago. Sir Michael Stoute's filly is expected to be more like the finished article today and is taken to find the necessary improvement to get off the mark at this level.
