        Verdict

        John Gosden has won a division of this contest twice in the last three years and can enhance that record with ANEEDAH. Our selection showed abundant promise on her debut at Salisbury in a race that's working out before finishing fourth in a sales' race, just behind a previous Group One-placed horse. A repetition of that run would make her extremely hard to beat and we're keen to side with her. The biggest threat to Aneedah could come from her stablemate Fortunateencounter, who herself shaped well when fourth at Newmarket, although today's ground may be a shade too soft. Insieme and Handicraft both need to improve so market support for the well-bred Arizona Jewel could be worth heeding for each-way purposes but Aneedah should prove hard to beat.
