        Verdict

        Dot's Delight is the pick ahead of Law Of The Land and Brierley Lil. This is a poor contest, and one that should be well within the scope of Dot's Delight whose last two outings have both been here at the seaside venue. The Mark Tompkins-trained filly drops to selling company for the first time after finishing third in a maiden and more recently when down the field on her handicap bow, and appears to have more scope than her seven rivals. Law Of The Land is still a maiden after 16 starts, but has slipped down the weights and has the assistance of Seb Sanders for the first time, while Brierley Lil has been plying her trade over hurdles of late, but was fourth in a maiden on softer ground here in July. They then appear to be the main contenders, with preference for Dot's Delight.
