        Verdict

        Tugalu is given one final chance to break the maiden although Dragon Flame and Maggie Kate represent trappy if not particularly top notch opposition. As a son of Tagula, cut in the ground really shouldn't inconvenience the Kevin Ryan charge but having disappointed in a bad maiden at Southwell, he may need to win this race in order to avoid the unkindest cut of all! Dragon Flame has an interesting jockey booking with Seb Sanders in the plate. A 0 from 10 record is hardly inspiring but there are few ground concerns. Maggie Kate can be anticipated to try and cut out the early pace. Roger Ingram's cheap daughter of Auction House should have few fitness concerns as she has been deployed on the all-weather during the early spring. Jaconet failed to build on an eye-catching Haydock debut but is nevertheless watched in the market as her trainer is not in the habit of persevering with moderate horses. Magical Speedfit looks flattered by a BHA rating of 69 and having flown high in the Windsor Castle Stakes, he came down to earth with a bump in a moderate Folkestone event. Steel Mask is related to sprint winners so any money for the North Yorkshire newcomer should not be ignored. A moderate affair that should go the way of Tugalu.
