Warlingham appears to hold all the aces and should prove too strong for Aguila Loco, with Cryfield best of the rest. A winner here at Yarmouth in his juvenile days, Warlingham has recently recaptured some of his form, and having had his confidence boosted by a selling success at Wolverhampton, Paul Howling's charge followed up there on his next visit. The six-year-old failed to handle the slow conditions next time at Dunstal Park and now returns to turf for the first time since 2002. His main rival appears to be Aguila Loco who has been kept busy on the all-weather since also scoring at Wolverhampton in February. The addition of cheekpieces has brought about improvement, but he will need to step up a gear to trouble the selection. Cryfield won a moderate event at Leicester last year but is hard to place these days and cannot be recommended with any confidence. So, in an uninspiring finale, Warlingham has a lot going for him and is a worthy favourite.
