      Verdict

      Just 5lb between the entire field but BLINDEDBYTHELIGHTS is the latest on the conveyor belt of Sir Mark Prescott projects going handicapping after showing little in juvenile starts. The step-up in trip is sure to suit and the yard is delivering a 50 per cent strike rate in the past fortnight at the time of writing. Denis Anthony only has to concede him 1lb and is on the upgrade based on an improved run last time on the forecast ground and a step-up in trip. Baileys Khelstar should do better now handicapping and Tom Marquand is an eye-catching booking. The combination of a drop in the ratings and the 5lb claim of Christian Howarth gives Dance Havana a shout, but the latest run of Corsican Cape when third at Haydock - form which has been well boosted - makes him the main danger.
