Verdict

NOVATION possibly hasn't lived up to expectations on both starts, having only beaten one home each time. However, she hasn't been beaten all that far either, still looks a work in progress and is well worth another chance with the benefit of those runs under her belt. Seven Questions is an obvious danger as he seeks to build on a promising Redcar debut when troublesome at the start and green during the race. A fourth-place finish was therefore a pleasing effort and he should be bang in contention. White Christmas failed to come forward from his debut when well beaten at Newmarket but this looks easier and he should be competitive. The market should help to sort out the newcomers, of which Heritage House makes most appeal on paper.
